Having owned many businesses over the years, from, restaurants, catering, retail, wholesale, insurance agency's and more, there isn't much I have not experienced.

For 5 years I specialized in helping people looking for a career alternative, self-employment, utilizing specialized coaching formats. I assisted in developing the clarity of what they wanted a business to do for them and their family. Of course, choosing the right 'business model' that meet their goals, needs and expectations is key.

With practical experience coupled with many years of coach training, I bring a unique blend of value to my clients. Hybrid Coaching, as I call it. In addition to our own services, our alliance with specialty consultants and services having extensive experience in all aspects of business development allows us to bring the best solutions to the table for our client. There is no need for our client to search throughout the market place for other resources. Unlike others, we do not offer 'one size fits all solution', this is not panty hose. We do not deliver drive-thru solution,we’re totally dedicated and objective. “Your success is our only business,” we mean it.

The company was founded by Michael Loewenthal as an outcrop of over 30 years of helping business owners grow and manage their business. Previously, the company was known as Strategic Coaching & Consulting. Through years of training in the business coaching field and having over 35 years of experience in multiple business ownership Michael is well poised to assist business owners in reaching their targets. Michael is dedicated to the success of entrepreneurship.
